Akam is an Egyptian joint-stock company consisting of two Egyptian companies: Residences Company, Buildings Company, a Saudi company, and Faisal Islamic Bank. Residences Company is the developer of the Tuleip and Aroma resorts in Ain Sokhna, with over 20 years of experience in the Egyptian market. Buildings Company is an Egyptian company established in 1986 and has constructed several hotels in the Red Sea, such as the Tivoli Hotel in Hurghada, as well as administrative and medical buildings in Al Shorouk and the Fifth Settlement. Additionally, they have a mini compound in Al Shorouk city. The Saudi company is called Al-Muhaid Holding, which has over 25 branches worldwide. Akam Company is considered one of the strongest leading companies in real estate and economic development.
